Though the Happening movement is led by youth, it is made possible by adults like you who volunteer in various roles to serve at Happening and Lock-In:

Happening Adult Family Participants

The first step is experiencing Happening as a participant and getting a feel for how the weekend flows.

Moms and Dads/Adult Resources

This is where you get to be the adults in the room. Lots of observing, hanging with teens, and emotional support, with a little bit of backstage coordination here and there. Lock-In Adult Resources also drive youth to and from Campsite 3.

Cooks

Is food your love language? Does everyone end up hanging out in your kitchen? Call your friends and come cook for some very appreciative teens.

Caritas

Believe it or not, every weekend a handful of teens show up without any letters from family or friends. This is a HUGE part of the weekend, and your generous notes of encouragement and affirmation allow us to ensure those kids receive messages of God’s love in abundance during the weekend.
