The Forma Annual Conference offers an intentional time of networking, learning, and inspiration for those engaged in formation ministry across the church.
This year’s conference theme is Belonging & Becoming and stems from 2 Corinthians 3:18. We’re diving deep into the questions “Who Do I Belong To?” and “Who Am I Becoming?” During our time together we will explore how we are held, seen, shaped, and sent as beloved children of God and ministers of God’s church.
All of us, then,
reflect the glory of the Lord with uncovered faces;
and that same glory,
coming from the Lord, who is the Spirit,
transforms us into
[God’s] likeness in an ever greater degree of glory.

Keynote

Conference capacity is limited to 250 registrations.
We are planning a radically embodied and relational, single-site conference.
We plan to record worship, plenary engagements, and workshops that take place in the Cathedral nave, these will be made available following the conference. Will not live-stream or record all workshops or other programmatic components. Resources from conference will be made available to Forma members and translated from/to Spanish as appropriate.
We hope to offer a fully online Spanish language post-conference. This offering will drawing on the same theme as the on-site conference but will be comprised of unique content presented in Spanish, translated to English. More information coming soon.
The 2027 Forma Conference will return to the radically hybrid model of the 2024 and 2025 Forma Conferences.
