Three classes on Advent for you to try out!

  • Advent: The Most Wonderful Time of the Year: Join Bishop Susan Goff as she leads us through a meditation on Christ who came, Christ who comes, and Christ who will come again. She invites us to take on some practical and inspiring disciplines in this season, and to contemplate more fully what it truly means to prepare for and anticipate the newness of Christ dwelling in our hearts.
  • Advent for Families: One of the most opportune times to teach our children about God comes during the secular Christmas season, when images of Christ show up everywhere. Yet the busyness of the season can keep us fully taking in Advent. In this course, Heath Howe, an Episcopal priest, offers practical ways to honor the season.
  • Introduction to Advent: In this class, Episcopal priest and author Tim Schenck will open up our imaginations to the magic of this holy time of year.
