What’s the Seeds Project?
The Seeds Project is a 10-month, fully funded fellowship for leaders who are passionate about the Gospel, eager to grow, and creative in their approach to developing new ways of being church in a changing world.
If you’re passionate about helping others discover the difference Jesus makes in everyday life, already engaged in ministry in this area in some way, shape, or form, and want to share stories of what you’re learning with a broader audience, you’re exactly the kind of leader we’re looking for.
Here’s what you can anticipate as a Seeds Project Fellow:
In 2024, Seeds Project Fellows will participate in the following activities:
- 60-90 minutes Monthly Coaching Zoom call
- x2 In-Person Retreats: March 12-14, 2025 & December 4-6, 2025, both at Spirit in the Desert (Carefree, AZ). Room and board costs for retreats will be covered by the fellowship. Travel support will be provided up to $600 in travel support for domestic fellows and up to $900 for international fellows for each of two in-person retreats.
- Annual Faith+Lead Membership
- x4 online equipping workshops
- Additional one-on-one coaching and support are provided as needed
- The authorship of one blog post for the Faith+Lead blog or a guest appearance on the Pivot Podcast
The Seeds Project offers a $1,500 stipend, along with funding for travel and non-monetary resources. But we’re all about support that goes deeper than finances.
This fully-funded, 10-month fellowship gives you:

- Funding for Ministry Experiments: Get the backing you need to bring new ministry ideas to life.
- Training & Retreats: Surround yourself with a community of creative mentors and peers who are walking the same journey.
